The good location in heart of city., only 10 minutes walk to F'furt main station. Facilities quit enough for me and my family during our holiday.. The house keeper doesn't talk English well but she tried hard to help our need.

The location is at a quite area in about 10 minutes walk from the nearest U/S-Ban station. The staff, specially the housekeeper let you feel that you are at your family and taking care of you. They are all very nice.

1. The office staff is only available from 8-17:30 Mon - Fri and after that they close. So, you can't order any type of service out of working hours. I would prefer that some one be available for more time especially if I want to check-out on Saturday. 2. The left is too small. 3. There are few steps up to reach the left if you don't park in the garage. No daily room service by default - only once weekly. But I was serviced daily when I asked for that. 4. The classification as 4 starts hotel is not fair from my point of view when compared to other 4 stars hotels. 3 stars more realistic.

Better than a hotel, great location.

No reception in the evening (though not a problem for me), not enough electric sockets in the room.

Location was good

Though an appartment closed on sunday, no breakfast them. Breakfast looks poor so not even think of using. Not worth the money.
